Sustainability
We only ever use premium A grade, sustainably sourced, fully traceable and superior base ingredients. We do not use paraffin, (often known as mineral wax), palm oil, colourant, dyes, parabens or phthalates or in fact any unnecessary additives in order to create our luxurious products. We are fiercely proud to say that as our products are created by hand and not mass produced, sometimes they may show a natural imperfection or quirk, but this does not affect their quality or finish but rather adds to the uniqueness of our products.

We use other British based and local businesses for our base supplies as far as is possible. We feel it is vital to support our economy, both local and national and keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. Candle Care & Instructions for Use
Remove dust cover. Trim wick to approx. 1cm. Ensure candle is on a level, heat resistant mat and burn candle within sight away from heat, draughts, children, pets and vibrations. Room size, temperature and other variables may affect scent throw and longevity of burn. For the first burn, ensure melt pool reaches side of glass (approx. 2 hours burn time) this is to prevent tunnelling of wax. Do not move a lit candle. Ensure melt pool is free from debris. If candle is damaged, do not use. Extinguish when approx. 2cm of wax remains and allow to cool before handling.
Reed Diffuser Care & instructions for use
Remove all packaging. Place the reed diffuser bottle on a level surface away from hazards, heat, draughts, children, pets and vibrations. Place on mat. Unscrew the lid, carefully remove stopper, then replace lid. Untie reeds and immerse into the bottle. Take reeds out and rotate reeds 180* and replace into bottle. Do not place onto a wooden or painted surface. Oil may stain and damage surface if spilled. To refresh fragrance, always use gloves and turn reeds regularly. Room size, reed quantity, temperature and other variables may affect scent throw and longevity. If you find the scent is too strong, reduce your number of reeds and if the scent is too weak, increase reed volume. Additional reeds can be purchased from our accessories page. If bottle is damaged, do not use. Reeds can become ‘clogged’ if exposed to minute dust particles. If this occurs, it is best to purchase new reeds and move your diffuser away from the source of the dust.
